The Driving Force Behind Our Business

Samir Khadepaun

Samir is a serial entrepreneur who lives and breathes mobile technologies, SaaS product platforms and startups. He has worked extensively in building scalable product platforms and is focused on creating transformational global products that solve real business problems. Samir founded Mobikon in 2010, a SaaS product platform for F&B Businesses which scaled to 9 countries, working with over 6000+ F&B businesses and raised over $15 million in capital.

Kapil Shah

Kapil is a skilled product leader using design thinking for creating impactful user-centered digital products that are both functional and enjoyable. With a passion for improving people's lives through design, Kapil has increased product and service user experience, usage and customer satisfaction by 30% on average. He follows agile and lean methodologies, collaborating with business and delivery teams, and can manage all aspects of projects from concept to implementation. With over a decade at BoardRoom Australia as Creative Head of Digital & Customer Experience and experience as UX/UI lead at Macquarie Australia, design is Kapil's passion and he relies on research and data to inform his work.

Puja Bharwani

Puja leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of Wizly's community, growth, and communications initiatives. She has a track record of building brands, engaging with niche communities, and creating programming focused on innovation, technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Her core focus is to drive business value by building and maintaining relationships with Wizly’s various stakeholders in the community- experts, users, partners, and investors. She also manages the expert community sourcing, onboarding, and programming process, with a clear vision to build the best knowledge monetisation and ecosystem in the world.  She has a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from New York University, and over two decades of diverse experience in journalism, content marketing, storytelling strategy, and working with startups. She is driven to use technology to connect people smartly, build a community-driven product, and is a big believer in constant learning. Before joining Wizly, she managed the brand and media presence for global early-stage VC Antler in Asia. In her previous lifetime, she was a television journalist with Reuters.

Arvinder Gujral

Growth & Revenue Expert
Arvinder is a seasoned global tech executive with over 25 years of diverse experience across the Internet, Media, Telecom, Consulting, and Advertising. He has done the 0 to 1 journey scaling WATI (a B2B SaaS startup) to a Series B with Sequoia, Tiger, DST, and Shopify. Before that, he was Managing Director of Twitter Southeast Asia, growing revenues 750% in 4 years and also leading Business Development in Asia Pacific. Having scaled revenues and done multiple 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 journeys in his career in India, Singapore, and Silicon Valley, he now sits on the Boards of many companies and has played a pivotal role in advising Wizly on GTM strategies.

Alicia Crowther

Business Design & Innovation Expert
Alicia is an independent user research specialist with a track record of building and scaling global customer-obsessed teams to deliver digital transformation in multiple industries. She is a master at multi-disciplinary collaborative work with both business and third-party teams- she also happens to be a mother of triplets. She has been a supporter of Wizly from the early days and has executed projects for users with successful outcomes and great feedback. Alicia is based in the UK.
